retrobro here, to add some context from my side:
1. Bolts is Bi-Pedal not 4 legged, if he falls over he has a centrifugal core that "throws" him back up and he got small arms he can put out like R2D2 to do stuff

2. Bolts could hear the priestress clearly since the post of the meatpriestress this was a reply to mentioned the message going through the void wich onobots got a link to, so he could pick up the message because he happened to be this close to the priestress when he was in the vent above her by chance. So whatever information the priestress send he got and so if there is a way to work out how the priestress knows about it then so does he after this.
3. about the fact that sanalites where there to get "food" for sana would be something i would assume Cass has spoken to with Bolts at some point of them beign together in the walls of lamington since they are both maschines from a different world and so there is no reason for Cass to assume Bolts would have any issues with this until Bolts told her that Onobots are fond of the life here and instead of them abducting and killing people, even more so with races and people they have a fondness for, he would rather that Sanalites come to the Retro Reich and take part in one of theri BBQs featuring meat from /meat/. (yes i am away of the weird logic but Onobots are not one for details.)
4. as already stated he would be with cass at the time but that would have been a holograph and not some physical body of hers, while cass might be omnipotent and godlike on the station, the onobots actually work on a completly different and foreign system that mixes soul and maschine so she should also not be able to "hack" him to send a jolt through him, at least not easily.

alright back, could i ask the sanalite writing the space story with me about what place exactly the onobot got pushed in? i must admit that kind of stumps me about how to continue right now sicne its in a dark hole but he says he sees stars. i would assume the holo chamber is way further in and not near the entrance but i also cannot think of a place near the entrance fitting for what he said.

also since i seem to either miss him or nto recognize him but could i ask some questions to a local deadbeat since there is some stuff i want to clarify before i send someone to visit

also i missed my chance to say it but i am almost sad to hear that deadbeats going for blossoming would most likely not have their bones melted down in the process, because even if that would have taken way longer but had been possible i would have loved to see and try what would happen if an onobot attempts it.

i really started to enjoy writing them in a bit of a comic releif style. interestingly enough the population as a whole really love the onobots since they are very benevelont rulers that keep low taxes and actually try to do helpful things, even if sometimes in questionable ways. its just that having to deal with them directly can be quite the headache.

well each workshop or chain of workshops has their own unique culture so overall sharing of research might be a bit hard but we are not against contracts with outside countries so we are more than happy to restore some of your stock for you, for the workshops the act of restoring, maintaining and modding stuff is already a positive thing in itself and if we get to keep a few pieces for ourselves to use and show off than its a a win for us
