Rosemi's stream will have nothing to do with wave 3. Elira's might though. Evidence in favor:
- both Finana and Elira follow the same naming convention in their schedule ("Kaidan Story Time (Special Collab/Stream)"), I think it's an unlikely coincidence and is in line with "Nijisanji EN Special Event" from the time of Obsydia debuts;
- it seems to be the second full NijiEN collab this coming week, they don't do a lot of them so I imagine they would schedule it for another week if it wasn't time sensitive;
- the theme of the stream is horror/Halloween season, speculated theme of wave 3;
- Finana's schedule doesn't have a picture for this collab and only for this collab, Rosemi's undisclosed collab has a picture of Rosemi.

There are 3 possibilities I came up with If it does have something to do with wave 3.
1. Trailer drops mid-week, debuts on Friday with special co-program on Elira's channel. Unlikely for several reasons.
2. Trailer is shilled during and premiers after the collab, debut next week. More likely but I feel like there is something wrong with it.
3. They do a series of special Halloween streams leading up to debuts some time next month. The option I am currently going with.
