If anyone wants to give Ponymagine Alpha a try, I uploaded the entire model here with the merged lyco so it can be used on both Forge/A1111 and Comfy:

Might be worth adding '2koma, multiple views' in negatives if you get too many panels. Feedback is welcome though I can't really act on most of the things other than dim and weighting.
I'll let you decide whether it's an improvement or not.
