I kind of get Shondo's more lenient stance when it comes to handling those who get out of line. She could have a much firmer stance towards it but fears that dropping the ban hammer so severely would come off as a form of censorship and make people less inclined to be more honest. Makes a ton of sense considering she was raised on the internet and has a bit of a 4chan culture mindset in her. Still, it's not the most healthy mindset to have. Especially if you want chat to be more civilized. You can try to encourage them to be more nise but sometimes people just aren't nise people.
