Once I went out to a fancy dinner place with my late bf, it was unusual because he was usually always broke and asking me help to pay his for his rent and utilities.
It was a really nice place, fancy, nice atmosphere, good wine, I was worried about orderig something too expensive but my bf said to not worry, just order away.
That night we ate like nobles, when we were about to end the night and my bf was getting his wallet to pay the bill a thunderous sound reverbed through all the room.
The doors and windows, all open with force, glass falling everywhere, people screaming and hiding under the tables. I tried pulling on my bfs sleve to hurry and go under the table when the machine gun noises started.

"Well, isn't it good you had such a great last meal?", "Eh--" Before my bf was able to say a full word Luca shot him right in the head. A perfect shot, between his eyes. I wanted to run away, to scream, but I also felt like a frozen prey, about to be gobbled up.
Luca breathed out softly, put his gun back in his pants, then, with a bright smile turned to face me. He snaped his fingers and suddenly there was music playing in restaurant. People were getting up, the atmosphere somehow returning to normal depite all the blood a just one meter away from me.
Luca extended his hand to me and said, "Now, lonely lady, shall we dance?"

It was the best day of my life.
