Bantz is easily identifiable. The chat is LOLing, the chuuba is laughing, everyone's having fun.

In terms of fanbase-wide stuff, try not to get one-guy'd. i.e. see one person's comments and start doing generalizations about your entire chat.
And be careful about any and all "real talk" conversations.
They CAN work but you need to be a master of wordsmithing in order for you not to fumble over your words and make your fanbase feel bad (Fauna for example).

It's a balancing act, and there's a reason even actual comedians are learning from Pekora, Miko etc. It's not easy keeping the vibe comfortable while not outright insulting your audience or making them feel bad.
Anti comments can also blend in as regular bantz comments so you have to learn how to identify that as well.

Even Pekora was not immune at the start to crossing the line between bantz rage and actual rage.
This feels funny now, but she was legitimately angry in this instance, and only her voice sounding like an actual cartoon kept her fanbase from leaving.
