NEETS with nothing better to do than spam endlessly. there are tons of threads at any given time that are from one dedicated sperg reposting his personal thread for years. There are tons of people with mental illness with no power in their lives deriving enjoyment from trying to control the "narrative" and thinking they're genuinely influencing the public opinion against something they hate/getting people on their side. From falseflagging pretending to be obnoxious fans of a game or vtuber to get other people to dislike that game (see signalis threads in picrel), to merely starting their comment with a statement presupposing their opinion to be held by everyone else and worst of all, it works because people on this website are very easily influenced and peer pressured
