i just went with a cheap amazon one, since the ones at the store cost more even though they function the same, i suppose YMMV. has lasted me six years and i only have to charge it once every three months. the dr advised me to use the low setting to irrigate the crap around my wisdom. water picks take some time to get used to. even on the low setting it hurt a bit the first few times I used it. should also note that it doesn't act as a replacement for manual flossing from my experience.
