RTX is Nvidia's brand of Ray Tracing software, a form of graphics rendering where light reflects off of in-game surfaces and into the camera's lens (much like how our eyes work) instead of the standard practice where light shoots out of the camera's PoV and only renders what's currently in view. Ray Tracing results in much more realistic graphics but is way more intensive to render than standard graphics. So VTubers meme that their IRL bodies are just their VTuber models with RTX turned on
