for it you need a tts, a stt & something like voicebot that will let you use voice commands to hit hotkeys
then you have the stt type whatever you say into the tts & then set a voice command to hit the tts hotkey, so now you just end every sentence with the keyword & away you go

the problem is that it can be really cumbersome to keep saying the keyword but worst of all is that your pc needs to be focused on the tts at all times otherwise the stt will start typing somewhere else, although you can get around this by having it all set up on a second pc/laptop, but again it's not ideal

There are a couple obvious reasons for this OP. Youtube demonetizes videos for language, even something as silly as swear words. These can be disputed but ultimately they are troublesome to deal with and it makes perfect sense that Cover would want to avoid the hassle of disputed an automated system over and over again.

Second of all, assuming there's restrictions beyond language, western women should not be allowed to talk at all. So if you're a fan of the nerdcore rap retard you should be grateful because an unfiltered version would probably sound identical to something like a regular Twitch woman.
