Didn't know there was a scale for that because my knowledge doesn't extend to sociology and its sub-topics. A quick look at S.A.W.S would have me believe that Gura is very high in Openness and extrememly high Humor. Emotion regulation is pretty high as well since she doesn't usually get emotionally overwhelmed in regular streams, but there are several instances when she can get considerably emotional (e.g. select sad songs, birthday stream, myth anniversary) and is okay with expressing it. She lacks a bit experience due to her lifestyle, but being exposed to the internet brings quite a bit of experience in its own way. As far as reminiscence and reflectiveness, I'd say that she's probably at least average in that category.
Since it's a self-assessed scale, it's silly to think that my observations are accurate despite watching every stream since debut. There's a lot that we don't know about Gura. Anyways, I'd say she's definitely wise. More wise than intelligent I guess
