I would appreciate correcting any spelling or grammatical errors, yes. Our cities aren't actually cities, just common resting grounds. The tribes on the surface are nomadic, after all. I believe "Rosenbourg" is the only non-Rosebutan settlement, used by foreigners as a way to trade and communicate with the tribes. Also that spot in the middle, the chataeu or whatever, isn't a real spot. That is on rare occasions used as a middle ground for the tribes, but it isn't very noteworthy.

I think the most interesting method would be having some Tunnelhogs make their way directly to the capital. They could show up in hoods, all hidden so you can't see what they are, then introduce themselves by taking off the hoods and announcing the presence of /rose/. I think that might be interesting and pretty fun. Unless you're thinking of some other kind of encounter.

In Rosemi's debut stream, Pomu was a fairy that went around tending to the garden that Rosemi was growing in. Then Rosemi became her intern later on. I believe that's about it. To be honest I don't believe "pollinating" ever cropped up for real. At the very least, I don't remember it.

I'm cool to start relatively soon. The main thing is whether you'd like to start it off by having some people traverse into /rose/'s territory or if you'd rather wait until /rose/ actually reveals itself as a nation. Either way though, I'll be finishing the complete comprehension before doing anything big.

I assume you mean Earth as in the planet, so I will say it could be pretty strange. Overall I don't think there would be too much change, though they would be a good deal healthier than most upon birth. Since they would be initially born with enough strength to survive, there wouldn't be a need for them to feast on their mother. The size of a Rosebuta can really depend on how much you feed it. A healthier Rosebuta will be larger and more likely to be a Boar rather than a Rosy. You could start with a tiny little piglet and end up with a two and a half meter tall Boar. The Rosebuta will still be sentient, of course, but how they act will be entirely up to you. As stated before, you could raise the Rosebuta to believe in whatever you wish just like you can do with a normal person.

Since Rosebutas, and I assume most species, wouldn't know at first if a Risuner can fertilize a Roli... The Risuner would be expected to handle the proper rituals to have the child be born. Rosebutas would guide him though, of course. If he denies this, he will be shunned and permanently restricted from entering Rosebuta society. Another Rosebuta will have to take his place.
After they realize there was no seed, it will be a long and sorrowful mourning for the Roli. But the Risuner won't be seen as the one at fault, since no one could have known. Afterwards it will be generally assumed that Risuners can't fertilize a Rosebuta and Risuners will be banned from having sex with Rolis, because at that point it goes directly against what Rolis were born for. They don't fuck for pleasure, although they try to make the most of it for that one singular time that they do have sex. They fuck to reproduce and then die. To have sex and not die is enough to mentally destroy the fragile mind of a Roli.
