She wasn't a streamer and wasn't a person people knew or hung out with and collabed with in games or music or anything. Everything was business and she didn't have friends in the space. I don't know how else to explain her randomly doing a tour with VShojo instead of doing anything at all with JP vtubers. Looked like some cynical management move.
She was like Miku, except there was a person there, but she was kept away from everyone anyway.
