Fleshtubers have organization similar to corpos. They have certain quotas they have to meet if they want to be paid their salaries.
For a starving third worlder, the offer might be a tempting one to take. The Chinese are literally behind the whole thing.

In vtubers at least there is a semblance of passion, of a dream: The idol dream. The worst among them return to facecamming, which actually gives them more money. Weebs are not that easy to tolerate either. This filter worked until now, extremely evil vtubers I seen have been few, and they somehow remained 2views. The $4000 investment for a nice L2D makes them think twice, and they don't consider grinding with a png. They also avoid tend to avoid this place.
There is a possibility of redemption for this scene, but there is nothing in the fleshtuber lands but pure evil.
