I'm the only actual Mystake in this thread so I'll give you a real rundown.
There were several listed reasons behind his graduation, but a big one is burnout:

Other listed factors include wanting to start over and disliking the expectations that come with being part of an agency's box.
The agency thing is another big one - he spoke multiple times about wanting to stand as an individual, and not wanting to be judged by expectations people have based on other livers or him being an agency vtuber in general. Pic related is a song he made which sums it up:
