I've explained several times before that tallyanon has said that he'll be using Vrabi's filter to determine Z peaks in gold races, and that doesn't consider the kitsune's left ear to be a Z even though I personally think it probably was, so it counts as a valid peak it's that simple. Since he pussied out on making a decision on that day both tallies are equally valid but all past and current precedent points to a Fuwa gold no matter how much of a bad taste it might leave in my and others' mouths.
