You don't have to be a perfect artist for her to appreciate your work, or even a good artist, but these two details are something you must include if you want to draw a tile for her birthday card. Here are the reference sheets for both her old and new design, notice how bulbous the star is and how her ears are a different color than her hair. Drawn tiles that don't follow these two conventions will not be accepted

The rest of the rules are standard: tiles must be SFW and have dimensions that are a multiple of 200 (i.e. 200x200, 400x400, 200x400)
