I can certainly understand her situation.
I am that person with the completely destroyed sleep schedule who always answers late and complains about fatigue, etc. But the problem lies in the fact that I like to stay up all night. It's the time of day I enjoy being on the internet the most (because Ame and other vtubers stream late at night in my time zone).
There is a conflict of interest between what is probably the thing that makes me the most miserable but also the thing that brings me the most happiness.
Every time I try to change, something drives me back to destroy my sleep schedule. And the worst thing is that I only feel happiness doing it.
I'm a complete mess and at this point I don't know what to do. I change my sleep schedule when I need to be active for a certain activity (work or some friends/family thing) but both the streams and my growing unhappiness at missing them make me destroy myself once more, as I become happy again.
And yes, I get laughed at for being this retarded, but it''s what it is
