Duolingo is by far the absolute worst one to learn Japanese, don't waste your time with that.
If you want to focus on sentence structure, Tae Kim's grammar guide (>>17651776) is pretty good.
If you rather have your lessons in a video format, Cure Dolly's japanese guide is also pretty fucking good... if you can stomach the awful audio quality, that is.
