lia, uruka and airi are 3 of the most beloved easy going people in phase connect. if the 3 of them are your enemy, then you're the asshole.
also she made an immediate enemy of tenma.
it's almost entirely because of chasing pippa clout. whatever she has to do what she has to do. she has to wake up everyday coping that she got kicked off the plane right before it started taking off to paradise.

my headcannon is Tenma took it personally that Yuri was the first blemish on Phase's record. She is the ultimate company girl. When it was first announced Yuri got fired, it took Tenma 2 minutes remove Yuri from her YT channel and was the first to unfollow her from everything

also reminder during the Mahjong sponsorship days after the firing, Tenma was making graduation jokes that Pippa and Lia weren't laughing at all.
its been 6 months I am fairly certain everyone moved on as they should have. Tenma probably doesn't think about Yuri anymore. Does she hate her? Nah. But would she pick up a discord call from Yuri tomorrow? Nah.
