1. Find an image. Simple is best, bold lines = good
2. Save it somewhere, then choose file.
(or right click copy, then use the "load from clipboard" button)
3. Select the part of the image you want to crop
4. Change the settings in this line (see pic related)
These are the characters you want to set as custom: _79#
5. Click "Create from selected area"
6. Go back and change H to 35
7. Click "Change Size"
8. Copy and paste into 4chan.
Remember you only have 1500 characters. If it's too big try a smaller H

I actually mostly use a different program with sliders and shit but it's more complicated to explain
