Can any numberfriend tell me what's the criteria for the cull? It seems to be targeting people at random and sometimes the same person just won't be culled (see: RBC). I'm failing to identify a pattern here. It's definitely not JP-only since it clearly fucked over the EN relay and Gura's new year stream and its fucking with IDs now while Jun's numbers remain untouched.
