Comfydants have lots of myths about their god's family as well as the people who worshipped them, but in the future-past you're all fucking dead. Coming to this time period and finding you all alive is like suddenly discovering unicorns are real. We'll be overprotective of and overeager to offer assistance to the rest of Noctyx for quite a while. I'm planning for this to be part of why Comfydants had such an easy time getting land from Briskadets and Stargazers even though they would've just kind of appeared one day. It's a combination of their respective patron gods having good relations and Comfydants bringing a lot of useful stuff with them that they're willing to share with the rest of Noctyx for practically nothing. You don't just chase away such an exploitable eager ally.
