No, because social dynamics change, and establishing relationships takes more bullshit when you're out of high school/college/etc. than it does when you're within those contexts. Being physically attractive changes absolutely nothing, contrary to what incels think, because if you're not willing to suffer the bullshit required to get into a relationship you're not getting into one, period.
Money/looks/physical strength and conditioning mean absolutely jack shit compared to social connections and tolerance for listening to shit you don't actually care about at all, I can tell you from first hand experience.
