I'm gonna guess, a second concert, it's on production. They likely are doing rounds to rehearse and make changes to the original songs, they don't seem to be hurried, so I don't think it's for AX, likely announced there but no for AX (especially since there's no venue, and they really pushed a presence with panels). Likely it will be fully released after Mouse's thing for this year, and if you think that it's too early then for rehearsals, Candy Pop was on production around this time too, it literally was the reason why they spent 4 months adding Henya.
