Ultimately, a streamer could do whatever he or she wants if they became famous enough to be self sustaining. At first they need to meet that expectations because they are building that community. But on the later stage, if she became too famous that she could be lazy and their fanbase would depend them as a pretense of being truthful, possibly alienating the original fans. Is the original fans the fault of that? Are they the fault to be hurtful after they got "betrayed"?
I honestly don't know; I have trust issues. I trust people in hoping to get betrayed at the end. It's just a matter of when and what would be my countermeasure when the day comes. That's why I can't be a saviorfag. I count the days they would just betray me in the end, be it being changed to cater to their uprising popularity, quiting streaming altogether or doing stupid shit just to raise view or subscription count.

I guess my take here is follow chuubas who have a vision on themselves. If she wants to be an idol, make songs, etc. Don't follow people who clearly just in for the money or fame (you can identify this. You're a man, here in 4chan of all places) and treat other chuubas as a fling.
