I'm northern europoor but it's still a western country so not that much different from burgerland.
I don't know the right word for it but I worked few years for a company that did pretty much all kinds of handyman stuff. From basic janitor cleaning, installing things, to landscaping grass cutting/yard maintenance, shoveling snow, trash collecting, storage clearance, plumbing, electricity. Of course some stuff you needed training but not having that didn't get you rejected and they were willing to train you.
It was pretty nice since we either worked alone or in small groups just answering calls and going where people needed stuff done.
