I agree, and yes there's definitely a demand so it would be worth it.
I'm not a lawyer, but I think Alana could if you're exclusively using her likeness and profiting. In Filian's case she doesn't have rights to her model. Which is why the person on Fansly making porn using a similar name and her model is safe.
Now if you market it as just general porn and have her getting fucked only 99% of the time I think you could make an excuse. That being said if you make/commission a model of her from scratch and even it's a 1:1 likeness she probably can't do shit
