Lorewise, her apprenticeship is a magic apprenticeship, where she's learning magic while working alongside many more experienced users. She recently acquired a magic license, so I presume that means she's allowed to use magic outside the confines of the apprenticeship (it's not been specified what a magic license does), but she's not given any more information on what exactly she uses magic for, nor what magic she can or can't do. I think fire breathing or fire generation was mentioned once or twice in her "The Forest" stream, as something she struggled with.
(If you're referring to IRL information, she's explained that she spends a lot of time seated, and typing on a keyboard, hence her 110 wpm typing speed. She also has to interact with people a lot, something that she dislikes, but claims to be able to do well when she must.)
As for her master, that would be "the witch" (which she uses to refer to her mother). She treats the witch as any person would their mother, but she's given very little information about her beyond that.

This is just what I've picked up from playing all her streams in the background as I work. I have likely missed a lot, and may be misremembering, so I would appreciate if other's could corroborate or disprove me as necessary.
