unfortunately mods for XIV arent as neatly centralized as something like elder scrolls or fallout on nexus mods
many mods are private, personal comissions, locked behind patreon or kofi paywalls or are just scattered on random websites
to mod, you need TexTools (download)
and to find mods, you can find a decent starting selection from XIV mod archive, glamourdresser, or FFXIV NexusMods
i personally use the Bibo+ body and use the outfits by this guy named RED on glamourdresser and nexusmods because theyre simple upscales to fit the slightly curvier body but without making them into stripper outfits or anything dumb like that
