The NijiEN contract states that they get 50% of anything AnyColor is paid in regards to Content Distribution, which IS defined to include appearances on platforms and channels that aren't the talent's own channel.
However, later in the contract, it states that performance fees for Lives and Concerts are "determined upon separate discussion between [Anycolor] and [the talent].", which basically means they were probably paid a flat appearance fee to do the concert, and MIGHT get a cut of any donations that concert gets.

NTA but I can answer this, because I've worked both sides of that arrangement.
First, let me explain the primary reason for HR's existence, because a lot of people, even working corporate jobs, don't understand it. HR's main reason to exist is to prevent the company from getting sued, by managing and mediating issues that the humans within the company have with the company. This typically means that HR serves as a buffer between workers and legal, and tries to involve legal only as much as they absolutely have to. After all, retainers are expensive, but actually having somebody go to court to defend you can be even MORE expensive, especially if they might actually have a case that might make it to court.
If you are taking an HR-related complaint to Legal, it means one of a few things is happening:
>Your company doesn't have a dedicated HR staff, in which case legal would be handling the complaint in as the de-facto party
>HR has decided that the issue is above their pay grade, and has directed you to go to legal directly.
>HR is not responding, or is trying to red tape you, or is otherwise stalling, and you are prepared to Final Solution the company and take the issue to court, in which case it is no longer HR's job (as they have failed that job), and now it is Legal's problem.
>You have already lawyered up. HR does not typically speak to legal counsel, so this would go straight to Legal.
Hope this helps.

There is a non-zero chance we see a walkout if the queue doesn't fix itself soon.
Most of these people are not in Japan, so Anycolor cannot reasonably attack them on Japanese turf, meaning they're going to be subject to each liver's local labor regulations. That is a battle that Anycolor cannot afford to engage in.
If I'm Riku, I'm appeasing each talent with whatever they want, short of terminating other talents, to drive talent retention up as high as possible.
>But why don't they just sue on Japanese turf
Because most of the livers don't have any assets in Japan, so Japan can't enforce judgement without getting a foreign jurisdiction involved, who will have their own questions and legal process. The worst Anycolor can do is withold their last month's pay, and possibly make it extremely annoying for the liver to ever visit Japan again.
>Why haven't they done this yet if they're able to?
They may not know they're reasonably able to. I'd wager most livers have not lawyered up even though that's the smartest thing you could do right now.
The culture of the company has been very obviously pressuring the talent into thinking they're worthless without Nijisanji, and that they'd go right back to being 2views if they left. There are now multiple cases showing that to be false, so expect that perception to erode slowly over time.

>1. What is this for a paper Doki sent, and who may see it.
For the absolute bare minimums of a case, she has to prove
>A - There is a problem
>B - She was the wronged party
>C - The accused party has responsibility for the problem
>D - The accused party has not properly executed on their responsibility for the problem
The document she sent would have either been a last-ditch notification to Niji "hey we're about to sue if you don't fix this", or a notification that she IS suing with instructions on what the case contains thus far and other legal details.

>2.Are Elira, Ennna and Millie allowed to see the documents, since they are about to get sued
No. If they were being sued directly, they would get their own papers that they ARE entitled to see.
I can't stress enough that NOBODY is allowed to see those documents at this stage, or even know they exist, other than Doki, her legal representation, and Anycolor's legal representation. Disclosing medical records without permission of the patient is a jailable offense in Canada PHIPA and an offense in Japan PIPA article 23(1) subject to up to 100m Yen in fines (and your company gets put on a list of violators, similar to the sex offender list Burgers have).

>3. Why add medical papers to the document, if you do not want other people to see it? I thought pipac would be waived if you use this information to sue someone.
She is required to prove that she was in the hospital, and for what reasons she was in the hospital, if she wants to show evidence of damages. However, she is not waiving her rights, but exercising her rights. PHIPA and PIPA both allow the person to disclose directly to a party without waiving rights, and this includes relevant legal representation. So basically
>Doki disclosed her medical records to her lawyer
>Doki disclosed her medical records to Anycolor's legal team.
>Anycolor's legal team decided to disclose it to the livers because ?????????????????????
That last one is a crime!
Hope this helps!
