pretty sure i already said the things i had to say but just as a closer:
this is how things are from now on. she's not dying, she's not doing some special project that takes all of her time and she's not clashing with management.
by her own words she's "burn out". of what exactly? when people burn out they usually don't want to do the thing they get burn from right? but she keeps doing projects so... it looks like streaming (the actual problem we had for a while) is the thing she's burn out of.
can she come back? sure, everything is possible but there's no signs she's going to right now.
i know some people here will support her no matter what (by their own words) and some people stopped supporting her already.
