Kanata's aspirations to help people (in lore and in person), her association with medical facilities and love for uniforms are well documented, just like her love for menhera and yandere. And Danganronpa too as you bring it up. Art of nurse Kanata was abundant before the outfit so this is no different than Oshio bringing any other outfit idea to life. Sounds like a (you) problem more than anything. And get better taste, white on Kanata's legs is godlike.
