I really don't want to even think this. I really hope none of the following is even close to being true.

I think Gura might be graduating. I think she might be graduating because we found out about that one person.
She feels like she doesn't have it in her to keep lying to the fans that love her. She's tired of having to do so much opsec and hide everything. She doesn't want to hurt anyone and didn't realize when she joined the degree to which her fans would dedicate themselves to her. She feels guilt because she believes she can't meet their expectations as their pure idol anymore.

During a recent members stream, for the first time in over half a year, Gura became somewhat emotional when one of her members said they miss her streams.
She held back tears because she had already made the difficult decision to graduate, but couldn't tell her adoring fans at that time. She has never been good with any form of confrontation, both positive and negative, so she knows that she's going to break down when she tells us soon.
Like Sana's tower, Gura wants to accomplish at least one large Minecraft Project as a lasting legacy for the server before she leaves. She probably told Kaela everything which is why she quickly helped her gather quartz for the Atlantis project she always said she wanted to build.
