The alternative is to risk having a meltdown on stream like what Vivi went through a few days ago, and what Pomu went through last May. Enna is at or dangerously close to the limits of her mental endurance; they all are, and some of them (like Vivi) may have already exceeded their limits.
The end is near, and they all know it. And they are powerless to prevent or even delay the inevitable, and they all know this as well. The lot of them are doing what they can to avoid looking at the falling grains of sand; but human nature being what it is, they can't help but fancy a peek every now and then. Enna fancied too long of a peek.

The EN branch's continued existence beyond that date and time is not guaranteed. EN events scheduled to happen after that point are not guaranteed to happen, unless announced by management themselves before that point (e.g. Reimu's 3D debut)
EN events scheduled to happen after that point which have been announced by the talents but not by management (e.g. Finana's June 30 thing, Scarle's June 2024 and Late 2024 outfit reveals) have been announced either because the respective talents plan to actually do the things they've announced, have already spent a lot of their own money trying to make those things happen, and/or because they've been instructed by management to announce big projects for later this year in order to imply for the investors that Anycolor has any particular long-term plans for EN's continued existence.

Management and corporate will not stop pretending to care about the talents' careers and well-being before then, and there will be no graduation announcements nor terminations before then either (unless there is a catastrophic yab before the end of the month, one which is necessarily bigger than an NDA breach).
And in addition to the ongoing event/merch spam, they're also gonna pretend (and force the talents to pretend) that there's absolutely nothing wrong in Niji EN, and that all goings-on are perfectly normal. Because what could be more normal than a fire sale.
