I noticed something interesting about the manager's avatar in the Sayu document. If you look closely behind the red scribbles, it is evidently the same image, but it is cropped differently in each instance. For example, the first image has a blood red and violet pallate in the bottom right, while the third image is more blood red and with hints of yellow. I'm thinking the yellow/golden /white color is supposed to be someone's hair because it looks curved.
