Two (?) years ago Hiromoot put forth a Vtuber design contest.

The left side of >>876155 was disqualified during the submission period.
The right side was allowed into the contest, but disqualified during the voting period IIRC while it was winning way ahead of the other entries on votes.

In hindsight I'm not really sure what the point of the contest was. Hiromoot never did anything with the winning design. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
