Now for the last bit of background. It is well known that management have been clamping down on "yabs" and trying to coach the direction of talent's content and character. From banning drinking streams, banning talent from saying or talking about what were previously acceptable topics, to even going so far as to attempt to recast the establshed stream personas of multiple talents. This is not simply gen 2, it's everyone.
Now that the background is out of the way let's get into what you knuckleheads missed

What does this mean? More than likely expect ninifag style flooding of the market in an attempt to "find that breakout star." The focus on quality over quantity for gen 1 was a complete accident that only occurred because Fishman is a retard and fucked his own plans up, as well as the talent having the balls to tell him to fuck off to his face.

Sakana I know you're going to read this. You are on the path to evict yourself from the niche in the market that you managed to carve. Your current talents are floundering with endless technical and logistical issues. You have one, HEAVILY overworked manager. Half of the fanbase of gen2 is cross pollination from gen1. This is a crucial period where you should be focusing on uplifting the content and appeal of the talents that you ALREADY have. For christstake man you seem to care so much for consistency yet have a talent, Remi, who has been obscenely debuffed by bad equipment. Yet instead of helping her with her problems you numberfag her into an even worse timeslot in a half-assed, poorly thought-out attempt to pad overall company hours.
A sanitized, normie, mass appeal Phase Connect will never work. You have too much baggage for that to ever happen.
Trust levels in fish plummeting to zero. Man owns coffee shops and can't even package his definitely-not-child-slave-labor beans right. Here's hoping the other talents can beat some sense into him again. Physically, if necessary, in the case of Tenma. I'm not convinced she hasn't already beaten his ass irl after her various rants.
