Greeting Nature anon here,Another of Wednesday's intakes. This is Blaze the Axbunn. Blaze was who I was going to get when I got Aurora,Mira,Alice,and Marie. Blaze's story is a case of someone buying a pet for their kid and not taking proper care of them. See Blaze was bought along side a female Buntare as a pet for the owners daughter. However the owner did not bother to either neuter Blaze or spay the Buntare well nature did what nature does and Blaze and the Buntare bred together unfortunately the Buntare was too young to safely have babies and passed away from complications.Instead of taking responsibility for their fuck up the owner blamed Blaze for their child being traumatized from the experience so they took him to the shelter to be put down luckily laws prevent tempanimals from being put down unless they are suffering or a threat to others. This made the old owner angry and he was deemed a threat to the animal so it was removed from his care. Axbunns can't live alone and since the shelter didn't have any tempbuns in their care so I was called to get him. Axbunns are very social and can live with with all tempbun species happily. Blaze is very loving and loves to do tricks he fits right in with with the other tempbuns at the sanctuary. We separate are buns by gender as some buns can't handle being neutered are spayed so keeping are buns separate ensure no accidental breedings occur.
