The scale of what psychiatry I have to deal with is far beyond what you even have to worry about. There are two kinds of people. Those that don't know the full extent of what the US's military is capable of, and those that do. Combine every other nation in the world with a competent military against the US, and while that does not tell the whole story. You can bet unit per unit that the US's DPT1 will probably be better than it's VF-191 counterpart same with pretty much everything strictly zero exceptions.
And that isn't even factoring that the US's biggest weapon is psychology. The consequences of MKUltra on the American population and the governments ability to manipulate the opinions of it's own citizens is beyond imagination sometimes.
For example, a large part of that feminist movement that started in the early 2010s was part of a CIA psyop to raise moral for Afghanistan by making people more likely to oppose Sharia law and support the interventions for a longer period of time. Which had a massive social consequence on the entire western world and brought feminism and Islam to the front of the political debate for the next 8 years.
Your government doesn't try to actively gas light it's own citizens and allies over something as trivial as trying to raise war support as if it was an IRL Hoi4 mechanic, or internet spots with lots of people (value).

What do you think about building the ghost cumpressor with better parts than pictured. For example, that gas block it comes with is Spike's steel one and not the titanium Superlative Arms one. And why even the radial fluted barrel if their stock pistol barrel is the same proprietary as the M249 SAW's barrel?
