It seems easyfluff+hll6.3 has issues with skintones (anime skintones any way), as Kronii's face is usually noticeably lighter than the rest of her body, and the only way to try to get it in line is to heavy weight pale skin, which desaturates it a lot. Needs some contrast and color boosts while upscaling
I do 640x960->x2 with +1 color and contrast then x1.35 with just +1 contrast using the image filters extension
