The process will definitely reinforce some loops as it focuses on removing others. I started with removing the the quotation marks and apostrophes, but that reinforced the “Okay, well then…” loop. To discourage new loops, I introduced variety in questions. Asking math questions like, “What is 3+3?” between my typical opposites and one word answer questions like, “What is a male spouse called.”
In addition, I figured that having her repeat larger phrases after the loops were taken care of would help break the word loops that were forming. The “Okay, well then…” loop was kind of saved for last, although I got a good break with minor quotation mark usage, so I included that back in as a trade off. Once I accomplished that, I began asking more open ended questions like, “How are you feeling?” or “What is sylvite, and how would you distinguish it from halite?”
I honestly don’t blame you, by the way. Third/fourth lobo was real, and it was significant.
