People tend to forget that, but back in the pre-2020 era, Cover was an insanely libertine company in regards to what talents could/couldn't do. The reason they're much more cautious and "on the leash" now when it comes to content is because they are acting in ways that reduce or eliminate the risk of people like those mass-reporters having anything to hit them with.
The choice was

OR

It can be if you do everything by yourself, but we know that she leaves track making, mixing and mastering to other people, so she only needs to write lyrics and record. And besides, many of her latest and upcoming songs are collab covers, so she's even LESS invested in the process.
We also know that she has plenty of time to hang out with her friends (multiple times), watch movies by herself and play entire game series off-stream. Take Ina for example: she has a full-time job yet she's more active for Hololive than Mori ever was.
So... why does she act like this?
