As I was browsing some of the matches, this 2cat player from /morig/ is what I hoped the croutons would look like and maybe we can get that made for the next vtl.

That each of the individual croutons are rigged to a different bone on the player's body AND that they have a position offset so it doesn't look like a human player's shape. Sorry to just ideafag but I can see how it's done but I'm still really unfamiliar with blender things...
