I figure if the thread isn't up for people to actually avoid the catalog with the vast majority of the time, then it isn't serving its purpose. (And yeah, like the other Anon says, there's always the risk of a hijack by sinister forces.)

Does get infuriating when I've gotta bump it pretty much eight times in a row, though that was a record. Those SEA hours are rough.

I actually stopped bumping it at about 4pm for that reason, thinking maybe we'd get a fresh one, but then people suddenly came in with actual news. I probably shoulda asked if there was a baker around.

Staving off boredom. I doubt I'd keep it up without giving myself something to do. Though I can go back to random silent spider women, if you'd prefer. Most of the bumps are just feeding the raw headline to Neuro-sama, so it's kinda interesting to see what she comes up with.
