Mainstream interest in vtubers barely ever overlaps with otaku interest in vtubers. That's why chubas /here/ get told to go back to other platforms, because there's literally a cultural divide between the two opposing segments of the fanbase.

Asking an otaku incel simp board about mainstream interest is pointless.
