Both sides have valid points. Ultimately, Mio will need to make this decision when she comes back. She either learns to manage herself or finds a good enough environment that manages her. Ideal scenarios for both choices:

Indie Freedom
>Mio discovers self worth and stops hating herself so much.
>She comes back to her channel and makes full use of her talents to grow and improve.
>She reaches out or gets noticed by her musical heroes. Gets the confirmation she has always needed.
>Instead of doing free work, she gets big commissions. Maybe also manage an agency with her knack for finding traction.

Corpo Stability
>Mio reincarnates as a HoloEN. (Unless something major happens in the vtubing scene during her hiatus, I doubt any corpo short of Hololive is worth joining for Mio)
>With help of Bae, one of the most mentally stable Holo and a good friend, she learns to navigate the big corpo environment without going crazy.
>With corpo support, she learns mixing/singing/etc from the best.
>She uses the connections to work with her personal idols. She pushes the limits of HoloEN in a good way like an EN Marine.
