If you value and trust their kayfabe so much, why don't you want them around males? Sora, Aki, Roboco and Mel are way more GFE than these two, yet they interact with the Stars without issue. You still get plentiful CGDCT with those JPs. Moe anime has male characters, so what's your problem? It's contradictory to want JP-style content but only if it doesn't ACTUALLY align with JP behaviour the trusted girls I listed above do. Considering the EN audience is much more open to male collabs and the twins can also speak Japanese, there's a high possibility it's going to happen. Sora pretty much accepts anything that's thrown at her and I can see these two being the same for EN.
