Even if this dude had 1m subs this ASMR wouldn't do well. His settings are shit, the ambiance is too loud, and he doesn't know what the fuck he's doing because he's not emphasizing the right parts of words for the "ASMR" to kick in. Like he said "Forest" but the "T" should've had a sharper end, which you could do if you say it with your tongue hitting the roof of your mouth at the end of the word.

Dude's a complete and total novice.
