This is somewhere, I can actually give some advice on lol. One thing is to to do this before upscaling. First make the landscape and mumei but don't upscale them. Add them together (pic and also the prompts), then do a inpaint with "whole picture" rather than "only masked". Then upscale, everything should meld together much better.
